Polices and Practices

HBCAA is committed to providing the highest quality support services to people with a disability.

Policies and Practices reflect the general position of HBCAA relating to issues that have an impact on people with a disability and HBCAA.  Also they are one of the tools to ensure every stakeholder understands his/her role and responsibilities within the organisation.

The CEO is responsible for researching and developing new policies and updating current ones, when either legislation has changed or there has been improvements to the way we do things.  New and or updated policies are submitted to the Quality Team for review and if approved the policies are presented to the Board of Management for final approval.

These Policies and Practices are made available to ensure HBCAA is at all times accountable and transparent and that all stakeholders have an opportunity to read and understand them. Please contact David Hoodless (CEO) to enquire about the full set of HBCAA's Policies & Practices.

Please feel free to use the links below, which hopefully, will assist you in learning more about HBCAA.  The Policies and Practices are not in any order of importance or meaning.
