COMMENTS:

1.     Your staff are very caring, S loves to go out with them for the day, and comes home happy and smiling – well done.

2.     S enjoys her time out and enjoys having imput to where and what she does.

3.     A regular (say monthly) statement of client’s available hours remaining would be appreciated (no name supplied)

5.     I have always found the staff from the office to the support staff have been very caring and always ready to help not just K but myself.

6.     I find the staff at Community Access friendly and helpful.  I find the staff are always there for you, willing to listen to any problems and help where they can.  I find the staff genuinely care about their clients and their families.
