HBCAA - Community Access

HBCAA offers you choices within a true community inclusion environment.  Our logo “To boldly go where everybody else goes” means we are committed to assisting people to access mainstream activities and events within the community.  HBCAA will assist you to develop the skills you need to work towards your goals, increase your independence and participate as valued and active members of the community.

HBCAA will assist you to develop networks of support of your choice which allows greater involvement in the community to develop friendships, skills and knowledge about life in the community.  The support is individualised and tailored based on your needs, goals and aspirations.

You can create your own support program to suit your needs and fulfil your goals with one-on-one support.

• Daily Living Skills – working toward independent living.

• Almost any sporting activity.

•  Doctors / Specialist appointments if necessary.

•  Assistance with any holiday if necessary.

• There are many more that you can do, all you have to do is ask.  These listed activities are only a guide, we tailor make your support to fit in with YOUR needs and/or aspirations.

• We are able to change our focus of your support to be flexible at any time to fit in with YOUR needs and lifestyle.
