The Hervey Bay Community Access Association (HBCAA) is a "Not for Profit", Community organisation founded in 1996 to assist people with a disability to access activities of their choice in a way that promotes friendships, skill development, participation and independence. HBCAA is recognised as a leader in community access, accommodation and respite. Without these opportunities many people who rely on these services would be isolated, socially and physically.
Our Mission
To encourage independence and participation in the community by providing:
Flexible support services for people by meeting the needs based on valued and informed choices.
Assistance with the development of skills, self confidence and self esteem of people with a disability in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas.
Our Vision
